Minnesota Golden Gophers 2024 Vapor Limited Custom Jersey – All Stitched

I had the displeasure of receiving the product almost a whole 7wks after purchasing. The communication via email was really sketchy and hit or miss. The product was shipped to my area, then flagged as non deliverable and returned to their warehouse. Had I not kept checking on the tracking and reaching out, I don't think my product would've ever been delivered. They use some shipper you never heard of to deliver the product (GoFo or Bofo 🤷🏿‍♂️). Then I was never given an explanation as to why any of this happened. Cool product (of you get it), but I won't purchase with them again. Lesson learned...

I've even recommended friends and family to your site and they much like myself have been overly pleased with your product minus the fact it takes almost a month to be delivered. This last purchase I made I was really excited to see the end result, unfortunately as someone who is 6'3 I ordered a XXL and it was at best a large medium. I was hoping for a heavier weight material but it it’s light and lesser quality than an MLB Jersey. I was looking for a bolder embroidery but this one is a step above a printed Jersey. So I’ll wear it but I won’t bring the elevated style or feel I wanted.

I was trying to surprise my best friend/best man with a personalized World Series championship Dodgers jersey. When I finally received my first order, I could not have been more disappointed. The blue was completely off. The patches were folded and barely attached. I emailed their customer service and had Gina take care of me. She was incredible. She communicated with me the whole way Asked my opinion on what color blue would be best and when I finally got the replacement at no cost to me I couldn’t have been more happy. The blue is perfect. The stitching on the patches are perfect. They did come folded, but because they were sewn on so well it doesn’t matter. Much better quality even the MLB logo sticker on the back was white. The first one was tan or some kind of beige I’m so happy I will absolutely be buying again.
