Army Black Knights Jersey

This was the second time I ordered this same jersey. The first one I ordered, the wrong size was sent. Everything else was the way I ordered it. A representative reached out and made it right by offering a supplemental jersey. Haven’t received that yet, though it is on the way. This jersey came in the right size but the name was not placed where I had it originally. Instead, in big letters across the back is “Army” instead of my name as I had ordered. I understand these are custom made. But this will be my last order as I do not want to try again and see what gets wrong the next time.
